Norges Bank Investment Management has signed an agreement to enter a new strategic partnership with Asana Partners, which will invest in and operate high-quality retail assets throughout the United States.
The agreement was signed on 30 June 2026.
Norges Bank Investment Management has made an equity commitment of 500 million dollars and will have an ownership stake of 49 percent.
The partnership will invest in open-air shopping centers and street retail located in markets with attractive demographics across the US.
The partnership will invest in one or more joint ventures, each with a limited partner, and it is anticipated that there will be multiple joint ventures with different partners.
