Fund disposes office property in New York
The partnership between Norges Bank Investment Management and Nuveen Real Estate has signed an agreement to sell an office property located at 475 5th Avenue in New York.
24 January 2022
The agreement was signed on 21 January 2022, with completion expected in March 2022.
Norges Bank Investment Management will receive 145 million dollars for its 49.9 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired in February 2013.
The buyer of the property is RFR Holding.
The property comprises 276,078 square feet of office and ground floor retail space.
