Fund disposes office property in Paris
The partnership between Norges Bank Investment Management and AXA France has signed an agreement to sell the ‘Prelude’ property located on 27 avenue du Général Leclerc in Boulogne-Billancourt outside Paris.
1 August 2019
The agreement was signed on 1 August 2019, with completion expected in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Norges Bank Investment Management will receive 49 million euros for its 50 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired by the partnership in 2011.
The buyer of the property is Fidelity International Real Estate Fund.
The property consists of 8,368 square metres of office space.
