Fund disposes office property in Munich

The agreement was signed on 19 December 2019, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2020.
Norges Bank Investment Management will receive 390 million euros for its 100 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired in 2014.
The buyers of the property are E.ON Pension Fund and RAG-Stiftung.
The property comprises two buildings with a total of 30,170 square metres of predominantly office space.
