Fund disposes office property in Frankfurt
The partnership between Norges Bank Investment Management and AXA France has signed an agreement to sell the ‘Die Welle’ property located on An der Welle 3-7 and 2-10 in Frankfurt.

The agreement was signed on 27 June 2019, with completion expected in October 2019.
Norges Bank Investment Management will receive 310 million euros for its 50 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired by the partnership in 2013.
The buyer of the property is Invesco Real Estate.
The property consists of 80,600 square metres of predominantly office space.
