Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) today announced the speaker lineup for its fourth annual Investment Conference, taking place on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 in Oslo. The conference will bring together some of the world's most influential business leaders to examine one of the most critical yet elusive aspects of corporate success: organizational culture.
Under the theme "What's a winning culture?", the conference will explore how corporate culture serves as an organization's only inimitable competitive advantage – and why it remains the hardest to build, measure, and scale.
