We are currently moving our entire datacenter infrastructure to Public Cloud while taking operational ownership of the IT estate.

    The main objective of the role is to support the Network Services Department with the transformation of the existing platform to a new software defined architecture using network automation tools.

    Network based automation is a developing field and we are looking for candidates with genuine interest in Network Programmability, NetDevOps and Infrastructure-As-Code. You will need to be self-driven and motivated to build competency to function in a supporting role with the rest of the operations team. The right candidate for this position will be motivated by this challenge and will help to develop our future ways of working.

    You will be providing support to ensure that the Network Platform and related Services are running optimally and smoothly, working closely with 1st and 2nd line operations to investigate and remediate critical incidents. The role will include flexible shifts (no night shifts) Monday to Friday covering European and US hours.     Responsibilities:

    • Supporting of batch job process scheduled across all time-zones

The group is part of the Investment Administration department within the Operations area. The department is responsible for the global trade processing, asset servicing, operational taxes, fixed income analytics, valuation and accounting and works closely with portfolio managers, traders, risk management, legal and compliance.

    Tax Operations is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate tax treatment is achieved on the fund’s investments. Operational taxes in a global context offers numerous complex challenges and the fund’s tax compliance is of high importance to Norges Bank Investment Management.     • Master’s degree in finance or economics with strong academic records

    Norges Bank Investment Management is seeking a dedicated and results oriented professional for the position as Analyst  in the Valuation and Accounting group within our Investment Administration department. The department has responsibility for trade processing, asset servicing and valuation and accounting for the investments made by Norges Bank Investment Management.

     

    Your role will be part of a team of professionals supporting daily quality assurance of the funds total market value and construction of daily analytics. You will work closely with other parts of the Investment Administration organisation as well as other areas in Norges Bank Investment Management.

     

    The position is located in Singapore and will report to the Head of Valuation and Accounting. Some travel may be required.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Quality assurance for the daily and monthly position level NAV and performance of the fund
    • Managing daily analysis and implementation of valuations for fixed income and equity assets
    • Support the daily calculation of analytics for the funds overall portfolio of fixed income instruments
    • Participating in the monthly closing of general ledger for the portfolios, including preparing manual vouchers and performing key controls
    • Contribute to the development of internal tools and models

     

    Main Qualifications: The successful applicant will have the following background / skills

    • Master’s or university  degree with strong academic records, preferably in finance or economics
    • 1-3 years experience in  similar role within risk management, valuation, fund accounting or related function. Newly educated candidates will also be considered.
    • Strong motivation to work with fund valuation and financial instruments
    • Knowledge of and experience with SimCorp Dimension would be considered an advantage
    • Enjoy working with Excel, SQL, BI, programming as working tools or have an interest in growing this area as a field of expertise

    Main Responsibilities:

    ·        Developing advanced data warehousing solutions based on Microsoft SQL server using Informatica PowerCenter
