Fund makes new investment in logistics

Norges Bank Investment Management has acquired a 50 percent interest in a logistics property in the Netherlands through its joint venture with Prologis.

The agreement was signed and completed 1 October 2014. Norges Bank Investment Management paid 12.4 million euro for its 50 percent stake. The transaction did not include any debt financing.

The property has a total leasable area in excess of 42,000 square meters. The building is located in Born in the Netherlands.

Prologis will perform the asset management of the property.
