Singapore Graduate programme

Our 12-month Singapore graduate programme offers exciting career opportunities and an excellent environment for professional development and growth.

It is designed to provide you with exposure to both trading and portfolio management, with the potential to rotate between our equity, financing and fixed-income departments in the Oslo and Singapore offices, in our Asset Strategies area. As part of the programme, you will receive comprehensive training and development, a corporate mentor and a ‘buddy’ to support you in your role.

Asset Strategies is Norges Bank Investment Management's largest and most diverse investment area. It has global responsibility for managing the fund's broad and diversified fixed income and equity portfolios, external mandates, and its trading and financing activities.

The graduate programme is based in Singapore with opportunities of short-term assignments in our Oslo headquarter.
