Fund acquires 50 percent stake in logistics property

Norges Bank Investment Management has acquired a 50 percent interest in a logistics property through its joint venture with Prologis.

The agreement was signed and completed 11 September 2014. Norges Bank Investment Management paid 55 million pounds for its 50 percent stake. The transaction did not include any debt financing.

The property has a total leasable area in excess of 65,000 square meters. The building is located in Enfield, near London.

Prologis will perform the asset management of the property.
