The letters were sent to the ministry on 6 July. The first letter is on the development of the Government Pension Fund Global’s investment strategy, while the second assesses the basis for unlisted investments that focus on the environment and sustainable growth. Norges Bank routinely provides the ministry with investment advice on the fund, which is managed by the asset management arm Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM).
