Application process

After submitting your application by pressing the “Send application” link, you will receive an e-mail that confirms receipt of your application.

As soon as possible after the application deadline has expired, NBIM will go through all applications and invite selected candidates for interviews. Before a final decision is made we conduct multiple structured interviews where you will meet managers from the relevant area and HR representatives. This gives both NBIM and candidates a good foundation to make a decision that this is a good match both ways.

All applicants will be notified once NBIM has reached a final decision about the hire.

For each posting, NBIM will prepare a list of applicants. Please note that, in accordance with the Norwegian Freedom of Information Act, paragraph 6.4, this list may be publicly disclosed. If you do not want your name to appear on the applicant list, please tick the box next to the question "Do you want to withhold your personal details from the published list of applicants" in the application form.
