Application process
We recruit participants for the Investment Talent Programme every autumn. The positions will be announced on our vacancies site well before the application deadline.
Among all submitted applications, NBIM will select a group of candidates that will be invited for interviews at one of our offices in Oslo, Shanghai, London, New York and Singapore, where they will meet with representatives from HR and members of senior management.
As soon as possible after the application deadline has expired, NBIM will go through all applications and invite selected candidates for interviews. Before a final decision is made we conduct multiple structured interviews where you will meet managers from the relevant area and HR representatives. This gives both NBIM and candidates a good foundation to make a decision that this is a good match both ways.
After these assessments, we make the final selection of candidates to be offered a place in the NBIM Investment Talent Programme.
