NBIM's trainee programme - the Investment Talent Programme
NBIM offers a four-year investment management trainee programme, specially designed for highly motivated investment candidates in the early stages of their careers. The NBIM Investment Talent Programme (ITP) includes on-the-job training with NBIM, outplacement with partner companies, and an opportunity to complete an MBA at a top-ranking international business school.
