Trond Grande

Trond Grande was named Deputy Chief Executive Officer in February 2011, and was in addition named Chief of Staff in April the same year. Grande joined NBIM in November 2007 as Global Head of Risk Management and later also filled the role of Deputy Chief Operating Officer. He was named Chief Risk Officer in October 2009.

He previously spent 11 years at Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning and held positions including Senior Vice President Finance and Senior Vice President Financial Risk Management.

Grande holds a master’s degree in international management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and ESADE in Barcelona. He also has an MBA in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics.
